We are currently accepting reservations for September.

Reservations are accepted until noon on September 26th.

Once we receive your reservation, we will slowly smoke the meat in a pit filled with smoke for over 10 hours, much like boiling it.

There is a limited amount of meat that can be smoked, so if you would like to smoke, please make a reservation as soon as possible.
