Only 70 Minemura cows are born a year at Minemura Farm in Tomi City, about 25km from Smokemanship, and instead of forcing the cows to produce marbled meat, they are raised with lots of love and healthy care to bring out the cow's potential. I'm growing up.
We make ``brisket'' from this precious beef.
