Can I exchange or return the product I ordered?

Yes, I accept. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.

• If the product is ``different from the order'' or ``damaged,'' please return it by cash on delivery. We will ship it after it arrives.
• Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer's convenience.

What types of payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards, convenience store payments, and electronic money (Pay-easy, PayPay, etc. ) .
However, for regular flights, payment can only be made by credit card.

How long will it take to receive the product I ordered?

After confirming your order, we usually deliver within 7 days, but depending on your region it may take up to 10 days. Please note that delivery may take some time if your order falls on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Can I specify the delivery date?

Delivery will be by Kuroneko Yamato's Cool Takkyubin, and delivery will be face-to-face.

Can I order other than online?

Applications are accepted online (PC, smartphone, mobile website). We are very sorry, but we are currently unable to accept applications by phone, mail, or fax.

When is my credit card debited?

It varies depending on the customer's credit card contract (closing date/withdrawal date cycle). We will send billing data to each credit card company a few days after we receive approval for your credit card, and the amount will then be debited according to the closing date of your credit card contract.
